ABOUT US
BBGI has a two tier governance structure which is comprised of the Management Board and the Supervisory Board. BBGI is internally managed by its Management Team which has extensive PPP investment and management experience. They will seek to expand the portfolio to deliver further value and maximise the cost benefits that can be derived from an internal management structure.
The Supervisory Board has a general supervisory role over the Management Board’s activities and is primarily responsible for establishing and monitoring compliance with the Company’s investment policy and for providing general advice to the Management Team.
CEO and member of the Management Board at BBGI
Duncan Ball has led BBGI, originally as Co-CEO and now as CEO, from inception and was actively involved in the establishment and IPO of BBGI in 2011 and the subsequent growth from 19 assets at IPO to 56 assets at the end of the reporting period.
Duncan has worked in the infrastructure sector, investment banking and advisory business for over 30 years. As CEO of BBGI, he is responsible for overall strategy and management of the Company. He is one of three members of the Management Board and sits on the Group’s Investment and ESG Committees.
Additionally, he is a shareholder representative and holds directorships in key investments of BBGI.

Michael Denny has over 20 years’ experience in corporate finance with a focus on the infrastructure and real estate sectors.
Michael joined BBGI in early 2012, shortly after the Company’s IPO. As CFO of the Group, he is primarily responsible for all corporate financial matters including but not limited to financial reporting, UK listing requirements, taxation, foreign exchange hedging and regulatory compliance. As of 1 February 2024, his role has expanded to Chief Financial and Operating Officer, as part of which he additionally manages daily operational activities, implements company strategies, and ensures organizational efficiency and effectiveness. Michael is a member of the Management Board and sits on the Group’s Investment and ESG Committees.

Andreas joined BBGI in 2016, and was appointed as Executive Director and member of the Management Board effective 31 January 2024.
As Head of Business Development, Andreas is responsible for the identification, evaluation, and execution of investment opportunities for the Company, playing a key role in driving the strategic growth of BBGI. His position involves sustaining an active pipeline of investment possibilities, preparing, and presenting business proposals to the Investment committee. He also leads commercial negotiations with vendors, ensuring the achievement of mutually beneficial agreements and works closely with internal teams to facilitate seamless transitions upon deal closure.
Andreas is a member of the Management Board and sits on the Group’s Investment and ESG committees.
Prior to joining BBGI, Andreas gained over 20 years of experience in infrastructure investment across transport, social infrastructure, and renewables in Europe and North America. He was a Managing Director with John Laing, responsible for the primary investment activities in Continental Europe. Earlier, he worked at PwC in the infrastructure, government & utilities advisory business.
Andreas holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (Diplom Kaufmann) from the Martin-Luther-Universität, Halle-Wittenberg Germany.
Independent Director
June Aitken has over 30 years of experience in global equity markets as an institutional stockbroker. She has held numerous senior roles at HSBC Bank plc, London, including as Global Head of Emerging Market Equity Distribution and Head of Strategy Management. Previously, Ms Aitken was a Managing Director at UBS (AG), Head of Global Equity Product, and Global Head of Asian Equities. Ms Aitken was a founding partner and investor of Osmosis Investment Management LLP, a specialist investment manager focused on environmental and responsible investment mandates for pension funds and endowments globally.
Ms Aitken has been involved in establishing fund structures in multiple jurisdictions and has previously served on a number of financial services and fund boards.
Ms Aitken holds a degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from Oxford University, is a member of the Chartered Banker Institute and acts as a mentor to female entrepreneurs.
Ms Aitken was appointed by shareholders at BBGI’s 2022 AGM as a Non-Executive Director from 29 April 2022.
Ms Aitken is a non-executive director at CC Japan Income & Growth Trust plc, JPMorgan Asia Growth and Income plc, Greengage Global Holding and Schroder Income Growth Fund plc. She is Chair of PEAL Capital Partners UK Limited.
Chair, Audit Committee
Jutta af Rosenborg has extensive experience in management and strategy derived from senior operational roles in a number of companies and significant experience with group finance and auditing, risk management, mergers & acquisitions and streamlining of business processes.
Ms af Rosenborg served as the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President of Finance and IT, and Member of the Board of Management at ALK-Abelló A/S until 2010. Prior to this, Ms af Rosenborg served at Chr. Hansen Holding A/S as its Vice President of Group Accounting from 2000 to 2003. From 1978 to 1992, she worked for the Audit Group at Deloitte.
Ms af Rosenborg became Chair of the Audit Committee on 31 August 2018.
Ms af Rosenborg obtained a certificate in Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School in 1982, gained an MSc in Business Economics and Auditing from Copenhagen Business School in 1987 and qualified as a state authorised public accountant in 1992.
Ms af Rosenborg serves as a NonExecutive Director on three other listed companies; abrdn plc, Nilfisk Holding A/S and JP Morgan European Growth & Income PLC.
Chair, Remuneration Committee and Senior Independent Director
Andrew Sykes has a wealth of financial services and non-executive experience and spent 26 years of his executive career at Schroders plc. He was Chair of SVG Capital plc from 2012 until 2017, serving on the Board from 2010. He was also Chair of Smith & Williamson from 2013 to 2020.
He is an experienced director of UK-listed companies with deep knowledge of the financial services sector and of Corporate Governance requirements.
Mr Sykes holds a Master’s degree in Modern Languages from Oxford University.
Mr Sykes is currently a non-executive director and Senior Independent Director of Intermediate Capital Group plc.
Mr Sykes additionally serves as the Deputy Chair of the Governing Body of Winchester College.
Mr Sykes was appointed by shareholders at the Company’s 2022 AGM as a Non-Executive Director, and became Senior Independent Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee on 29 April 2022.
Independent Director
Chris Waples CDir FloD has 35 years’ global experience of managing the acquisition, construction and divestment of infrastructure projects. Mr Waples has an extensive track record of asset management in progressive high-profile companies, including 12 years with the John Laing Group plc where he held the position of Executive Director Asset Management and led the international portfolio of PPP assets across Europe, North America and Asia Pacific regions.
Mr Waples was a member of the executive team that oversaw the successful initial public offering of the John Laing Group plc in February 2015 with approximately a £1 billion market capitalisation. Additionally, he held the positions of Chair of the Investment Committee, Chair of the Investment Portfolio Committee and Trustee of the John Laing Charitable Trust. He previously served as Managing Director of Amey plc, for public and private sector clients, before and leading up to its acquisition by Groupo Ferrovial. Prior to this, he held senior positions with Scottish Power plc and Blue Circle plc.
Mr Waples is a Fellow and Chartered Director of the Institute of Directors and holds a Postgraduate degree in Management Studies as well as Agricultural Engineering LICG.
Mr Waples was appointed by shareholders at the Company’s 2021 AGM as a NonExecutive Director with effect from 1 May 2021.
Mr Waples does not hold any NonExecutive Director positions at any other listed company.
Chair, Supervisory Board and Nomination Committee
Ms Whitney brings a 35-year career advising on strategy, corporate finance, real estate and economic matters. Her executive roles included corporate finance partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers; she set-up and led the Government & Infrastructure Team at CB Richard Ellis; and prior to that, she was head of the Consulting & Research business at DTZ Holdings plc (now Cushman & Wakefield).
For over 20 years, Ms Whitney’s career has been focused on the provision of consultancy services to national and local governments, investors, and real estate companies on matters pertaining to real estate, economic growth, infrastructure and investment. Her early career was spent as an investment banker advising major corporates on M&A transactions.
Ms Whitney became Chair of the Supervisory Board on 31 July 2020. Ms Whitney is also Chair of the Nomination Committee.
Ms Whitney has a BSc in Economics & Politics from the University of Bristol and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales.
Ms Whitney serves as a non-executive director at JPMorgan Global Growth & Income plc (where she also serves as Chair of the Audit Committee), Tritax EuroBox plc (where she also serves as Senior Independent Director) and Bellway plc, (where she also serves as Senior Independent Director). She is a Member of the Council of University College London.
Operations Manager and Executive Assistant to the CEO and CFOO
Marta joined BBGI in 2018.
As the Operations Manager, Marta oversees the day-to-day administrative operations of BBGI, ensuring a positive and harmonious working environment at the Luxembourg head office. She supervises the services provided by the outsourced IT service provider. Additionally, she coordinates all of BBGI’s corporate events.
In her role as Executive Assistant to the Management Board, Marta provides comprehensive executive support to the Management Board and ad hoc assistance to the Supervisory Board.
As the deputy staff delegate, Marta acts as a liaison and mediator between staff members in Luxembourg and the Management Board.
Before joining BBGI, Marta gained over 20 years of experience in executive support and office management positions at companies in Spain and Luxembourg.
Marta studied Psychology in Mexico and holds a Diploma as an English Teacher from the University of Cambridge.
Senior Accountant
Cristina joined BBGI in 2018.
As Senior Accountant, Cristina is primarily responsible for reviewing the bookkeeping function of the Company and its consolidated subsidiaries, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures and in line with relevant accounting standards. As part of the finance and treasury functions at our Luxembourg office, she oversees the month-end and year-end close processes, as participates in both the internal and external audits, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Cristina also takes charge of preparing and analysing the financial statements for the Company's subsidiaries. This involves compliance with GAAP and guaranteeing that all statutory reporting and tax obligations are met.
Prior to joining BBGI, Cristina gained 11 years of experience in Private Equity and Real Estate Funds, working for Luxembourg fund accounting firms. Earlier, she gained over 3 years experience in the Philippines, mainly in financial reporting, income audit and compliance functions.
Cristina holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy from Miriam College, Philippines.
General Manager, Asset Management
Harris joined BBGI in 2021.
Harris is responsible for managing the activities of Northeast Stoney Trail Highway PPP project and sits on the board of various BBGI portfolio companies in Canada. Harris’ responsibilities include managing relationships with key stakeholders, such as public sector clients, facility management, operation & maintenance contractors and project funders, and overseeing lifecycle replacements.
Prior to joining BBGI, Harris was President & CEO of Apleona Inc., the management service provider for various BBGI’s PPP concession projects across Canada, so he has been closely involved with BBGI’s assets since 2016. Harris spent over 25 years in municipal infrastructure engineering and construction in Canada and the Middle East.
Harris holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (BSc) from Toronto Metropolitan University, an Honours Graduate Diploma in Project Management, and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Strathclyde University (Glasgow, UK).
Associate Director, Finance
Ritesh joined BBGI in 2020.
As Associate Director in Finance, Ritesh is responsible for the valuation of a number of investments across UK, Europe, and Canada, and contributes to the semi-annual valuation process of the Company. Additionally, he supports the execution of certain investment opportunities for the Company, taking charge of the financial due diligence workstream.
Prior to joining BBGI, Ritesh gained extensive financial modelling experience working for various financial advisory organisations in the infrastructure sector.
Ritesh holds an MSc in Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science, a Post-graduate Diploma in Rural Management from Institute of Rural Management and a BSc in Zoology from the University of Delhi.
General Manager, Asset Management
David joined BBGI in 2020.
David is responsible for managing the activities of healthcare projects held by BBGI in Canada, and sits on the board of various BBGI portfolio companies. David’s responsibilities include managing relationships with key stakeholders, such as public sector clients, facility management, operation & maintenance contractors and project funders. In addition to his role as General Manager, David assists the BBGI development team during the acquisition process, leading the technical due diligence workstream on social infrastructure projects.
Prior to joining BBGI, David gained over 16 years of experience in Asset and Facility management, specialising in the healthcare sector, holding various roles within the AFP/PPP infrastructure sector, including, Senior Project Director, Facility Director, Transition/Mobilisation Manager and Bid Manager on over 20 AFP/PPP projects in Canada and the US.
David holds a B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering from the University of Ottawa and is a Licensed Professional Engineer (PEO), in addition to holding a qualification in Senior Project Management from the Canadian Management Centre.
Junior Fund Administrator
Tania joined BBGI in 2022.
As Junior Fund Administrator, Tania supports the bookkeeping of the Company and its direct subsidiaries, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures and in line with relevant accounting standards. She also assists in the management of the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring the proper documentation and approval of financial transactions, and participates in both internal and external audits.
Prior to joining BBGI, Tania held a position as Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst in Uruguay and has gained over 10 years experience as accounting analyst.
Tania holds a Business Administration degree from the University of Economic Sciences and Administration in Uruguay.
Global Head of Asset Management
Volker joined BBGI in 2014.
As the Global Head of Asset Management, Volker is responsible for overseeing the activity of the asset management team in all regions and sits on the boards of various BBGI's portfolio companies. Volker’s responsibilities include managing relationships with key stakeholders, such as public sector clients, facility management, operation & maintenance contractors and project funders across a number of sectors, including education, healthcare, and transport. Additionally, Volker leads BBGI’s global insurance activities.
Prior to joining BBGI, Volker worked at Bilfinger Project Investments from 2001, where he gained extensive experience through various roles within the infrastructure and concessions business.
Volker holds a Master in Civil Engineering from the Technical University of Darmstadt and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management / WHU.
Director, Head of Valuations
Matthew joined BBGI in 2019.
As Head of Valuations, Matthew leads the valuation function and is also involved in the evaluation and execution of investment opportunities. With 15 years of diverse experience across various infrastructure asset classes, Matthew brings valuable expertise to the team.
Prior to joining BBGI, Matthew was a director in the infrastructure and energy practice at Mazars, leading the transport and social infrastructure advisory business across Europe, Middle East and Africa. He also worked in the renewable energy and power generation sectors in the United States and Caribbean focusing on project development, structuring and financing.
Matthew holds an MBA from IE Business School (honors: Beta Gamma Sigma) and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The George Washington University.
Company Secretary
Cornelia joined BBGI in 2012.
As Company Secretary, Cornelia’s primary responsibility is to administer the Group’s corporate and legal files, ensuring compliance with relevant Luxembourg laws. She collaborates closely with the Group’s external legal advisors and reviews documentation of corporate transactions, as well as drafts the relevant board resolutions.
She is also responsible for reporting to the Depositary and Agent, managing dividend payments to the Company’s shareholders, and leading the process for convening general meetings. In addition to this, Cornelia manages the integrity of the organisational structure for the Group, covering all of its direct and indirect subsidiaries.
As the staff delegate, Cornelia acts as a liaison and mediator between staff members in Luxembourg and the Management Board.
Prior to joining BBGI, Cornelia worked as Company Secretary for Bilfinger Berger Project Investments. She previously gained 9 years of experience in judicial administration and 5 years in a notary’s office.
Cornelia holds a Legal Diploma from the University of Applied Sciences of the Saxon Administration, Department of Administration of Justice, Meissen, Germany.
Company Secretary
Jakob joined BBGI in 2018.
As Company Secretary, Jakob’s primary responsibility is to uphold robust corporate governance practice and standards for the Company and its boards. Serving as Company Secretary for both the Management and Supervisory Boards, as well as the Audit, Nomination and Remuneration committees, he ensures adherence to the relevant laws, rules, and regulations associated with BBGI’s listing on the London Stock Exchange, as well as maintaining corporate records of both the Boards and of the shareholders. Jakob is also a member of the ESG committee.
Prior to joining BBGI, Jakob held senior Corporate Governance roles at a number of FTSE100 and FTSE250 companies, including Reckitt Benckiser, Convatec and Synergy Health, and spent over 10 years working in an outsourced governance advisory capacity.
Jakob is a fully qualified Associate of the Chartered Governance Institute. He holds a postgraduate LPC qualification from De Montfort University, UK.
Director, Investor Relations
Dilip joined BBGI in 2024.
Dilip has over 20 years of experience in the infrastructure, utilities, and renewable sectors, having held various roles in investment banking and corporate finance advisory. He has worked at UBS, Citi, Macquarie and AMP Capital. Prior to joining BBGI, Dilip was a member of the senior leadership team at SMS plc.
Dilip holds an MBA in Finance and Investments from India.
Director, Finance
Alison joined BBGI in 2018.
As Finance Director, Alison oversees daily operations at BBGI Ireland, with an emphasis on planning and analysis of new financing opportunities, continuous monitoring of the existing portfolio, and ensures compliance with local legal and tax requirements. She reports directly to the CFOO, principally relating to tax structuring, and works closely with the Company’s external tax advisor on structures for new and existing investments. She also supports the Company’s central finance function in Luxembourg.
Alison is also a director on BBGI's Northern Ireland portfolio companies, where she is responsible for overseeing the activity of assets held in this region and sits on the boards of the relevant BBGI's portfolio companies.
Prior to joining BBGI, Alison gained over 25 years’ experience in corporate finance functions, with a particular focus in financial reporting, audit and regulatory compliance.
Alison is a fellow of the ACCA and has completed modules in the Certificate of Company Direction course facilitated by the Institute of Directors. She holds a certificate in Company Secretary Law & Practice from the Law Society of Ireland.
Director, Asset Management
Bernardo joined BBGI in 2016.
Bernardo is responsible for managing the operational activities and rehabilitation of transport projects held by BBGI in Western Canada and the US and sits on the board of various BBGI portfolio companies. Bernardo’s responsibilities include managing relationships with key stakeholders including public sector clients, facility management, operation & maintenance contractors and project funders. In addition to his role as Director, Bernardo assists the BBGI development team during the acquisition process, leading the technical due diligence workstream on transport infrastructure projects.
Prior to joining BBGI, Bernardo worked as the Chief Technical Officer of the special-purpose company created by Hochtief, ACS and Meridiam Infrastructure. Earlier, he served as a director of Bilfinger Berger Project Investments where he gained extensive PPP experience, particularly in asset management and project development.
Bernardo attended Escuela Colombiana de Ingeniería where he became a Civil Engineer and holds a Master of Engineering degree in Construction Management from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada, as well as a Specialist degree from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Bogota, Colombia. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
Senior Director, Asset Management
Erik joined BBGI in 2015.
Erik is responsible for overseeing the activity of assets held in the UK and Europe and sits on the boards of various BBGI's portfolio companies. Erik’s responsibilities include managing relationships with key stakeholders, such as public sector clients, facility management, operation & maintenance contractors and project funders, across a number of sectors, including education, healthcare, blue light (fire and police) and transport.
Prior to joining BBGI, Erik worked at VolkerWessels, Netherlands' largest contractor. Earlier, he worked at DIF focusing on PPP assets. Erik began his career in banking and advisory, specialising in project and corporate finance.
Erik holds a technical MBA from the University of Twente in the Netherlands and is a private title member of the Dutch PPP Network, Netherlands.
Head of Financial Reporting
Philip joined BBGI in 2019.
As Head of Financial Reporting, Philip is responsible for producing the IFRS/local GAAP financial statements for the Company and Company’s consolidated subsidiaries that are managed in Luxembourg. He reports directly to the CFOO, principally relating to managing the Group’s treasury functions, tax obligations, and oversees financial regulatory compliance, as well as monitoring tax regulations in Luxembourg. As the Group's IFRS technical expert, he conducts the final review of IFRS/local GAAP accounts of BBGI’s portfolio companies.
Prior to joining BBGI, Philip gained 10 years of financial audit experience across EY Manila, PwC Eastern Caribbean, EY Dublin, and EY Luxembourg. He also worked as Fund Administrator at Link Asset Services and IQ EQ in Luxembourg, leading IFRS and consolidation services for both organisations. Philip has extensive expertise in auditing and fund administration for Infrastructure, Real Estate, and Private Equity funds.
Philip is a Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy from the University of the City of Manila.
Executive Assistant and Assistant Office Manager
Mathilde joined BBGI in 2020.
As Executive Assistant, Mathilde is responsible for providing executive support to the directors and the wider BBGI team, managing scheduling, appointments and travel arrangements.
In her role as Assistant Office Manager, Mathilde works closely with the Office Manager to ensure the day-to-day administrative operations run smoothly at BBGI and assists with the coordination of all of BBGI’s corporate events, as well as the coordination of the outsourced IT service provider. She also coordinates with the administration team in North America.
Prior to joining BBGI, Mathilde worked for three years as an Executive Assistant for a tax-advisory firm, and one year as a Personal Assistant and Office Manager for a portfolio management company.
Mathilde holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Assistant from the Haute École de Namur-Liège-Luxembourg.
Asset Manager
Riaz joined BBGI in 2022.
Riaz is responsible for managing the operational and maintenance activities and rehabilitation of the Northwest Anthony Henday Drive and Kicking Horse Canyon projects in Alberta. Riaz’s responsibilities include managing relationships with key stakeholders including public sector clients, civil and operation & maintenance contractors as well as project funders. Riaz’s role extends to contract management for rehabilitation, construction and consulting services.
Prior to BBGI, Riaz was a Director of Asset Management at Apleona, a Senior Project Manager for Major Capital Projects at the Alberta Ministry of Transportation, an Associate Director of Construction Supervision at WSP Middle East, and Project Manager for Highway Operations at Alberta Transportation. Riaz also held positions as a Municipal Engineer at the City of Brooks and ISL Engineering & Land Services Ltd.
Riaz holds a Master of Engineering (Civil and Geotechnical) from the University of Western Ontario, London, Canada, a Bachelor of Science (Civil Engineering) from the Military College of Engineering (NUST), Pakistan, a Professional Certificate in Risk Management (300 Credit Hours) and an Advance Certificate in Professional Management (PEG) both from the University of Calgary, Canada.
Associate Director, Finance
Georgi joined BBGI in 2014.
As Associate Director in Finance, Georgi is responsible for the fund valuation of a number of the investments across UK, Europe, Canada and the US, and contributes to the semi-annual valuation process of the Company. Additionally, he supports the execution of certain investment opportunities for the Company, taking charge of the financial due diligence workstream. Georgi is also a Director on a number of the Group’s UK investments.
Prior to joining BBGI, Georgi gained extensive financial modelling experience working for various financial advisory organisations, executing multiple transactions in the economic and social PPP/PFI sectors.
Georgi holds a Masters in Finance from London Business School and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Ithaca College (US). He also completed modules in the Certificate of Company Direction course facilitated by the Institute of Directors.
Director, UK Holding
Ian joined BBGI in 2012.
As Director for the UK, Ian is responsible for overseeing the activity of a number of assets held in this region and sits on the boards of various BBGI's portfolio companies. Ian’s responsibilities include managing relationships with key stakeholders, such as public sector clients, facility management, operation & maintenance contractors and project funders, across a number of sectors, including, healthcare and blue light (fire and police).
Ian also leads several initiatives to develop asset management monitoring and reporting systems and processes.
Prior to joining BBGI, Ian gained over 20 years of experience in the PPP sector, working in various senior corporate finance and PPP financial roles covering procurement, construction and steady state project phases for diverse organisations.
Ian is an associate member of CIMA. He holds a degree in accountancy and finance. He also completed modules in the Certificate of Company Direction course run by the Institute of Directors.
Director ESG / Sustainability
Cécilia joined BBGI in 2021.
As ESG/Sustainability Director, Cécilia’s primary responsibility is to ensure the proper implementation of the Group’s ESG strategy. Cécilia’s responsibilities include fostering collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders, including, subject matter experts, industry working groups, rating agencies, investors and facility managers. She also oversees all ESG processes, from data collection to public disclosures, ensuring transparency in line with internationally recognised frameworks. Cécilia is also the Chair of the ESG committee.
Prior to joining BBGI, Cécilia worked for a consulting firm, guiding financial organisations within the financial sector in defining their ESG strategy. From 2019 to 2021, she also served as the dedicated trainer for the Sustainable Finance program at the House of Training in Luxembourg.
Cécilia holds a Bachelor in European Management from KEDGE Business School in France and the University of Westminster in London. She also holds a Master in Banking and Finance from the Luxembourg School of Business and Stern University in New York.
Head of Compliance and Risk
Niamh joined BBGI in 2019.
As Head of Compliance and Risk, Niamh is the formally designated Compliance Officer and Risk Manager for BBGI, as approved by the CSSF. She is responsible for the Compliance function and Risk Management framework and for all internal and external Compliance and Risk Management reporting of the group. Niamh reports to both the Management and Supervisory Boards, as well as the Audit committee.
Prior to joining BBGI, Niamh began her career as an auditor at PwC Luxembourg, worked as a senior accountant for multinational organisations in New Zealand and Ireland, before co-founding and acting as Managing Director of an internal controls consulting firm in Luxembourg.
Niamh is a Chartered Accountant (ACCA) and certified Compliance Officer (Association of Luxembourg Compliance Officers). She holds a Bachelor in European Business from Dublin City University and a Diplôme d’Etude Supérieure Européen de Management from Reims Business School (NEOMA).

Thibault joined BBGI in 2013.
Thibault is involved in the identification, evaluation, and execution of investment opportunities for the fund. He also provides ad-hoc support to the Asset Management team whenever his technical expertise is required. With over 20 years of experience in infrastructure investment across transportation, social infrastructure, and renewables in both developed and emerging markets, Thibault brings a wealth of expertise to drive the success of BBGI.
Prior to joining BBGI, Thibault was the CFO of a start-up Company focussing on renewable energy projects in Eastern Europe. Prior to that, Thibault worked in the Bouygues Construction Group, in their project finance department.
Thibault holds a Master of Business Administration from the TRIUM Executive MBA Program (HEC/LSE/NYU Stern), a Master in international management from The Reims Management School (NEOMA) and a Master in Development Economics from the Sorbonne University in Paris.
