Our ESG and Sustainability Risk policy is our overarching policy for our approach to responsible investing and covers 100% of BBGI’s assets under management. BBGI has implemented a robust framework for ESG integration, sustainability-risk screenings and positive impacts assessment across all aspects of the investment cycle, from initial screening through to end of investment life.

BBGI does not, and will not, tolerate any form of slavery, human trafficking or forced labour. BBGI is committed to ensuring there is transparency within its business, and to preventing slavery and human trafficking in its corporate activities and day-to-day operations.

Our Net Zero Plan is focused on the reduction of our carbon footprint that pertain to our direct corporate activities (‘Corporate Emissions’) and our financed emissions being the emissions of our portfolio companies (‘Financed Emissions’).

BBGI has developed policies and procedures in relation to the procurement of services received from third-party providers. The Company aims to have a collaborative relationship with its service providers, and wherever possible to work with them when problems or issues arise in order to help them meet its requirements.

BBGI expects and actively encourages all interested parties to draw attention to wrongdoing or risky behaviour, should they encounter it. No adverse action will be taken against any person who makes a report in good faith.

The reporting system can be used to draw the attention of those responsible to all their significant and legitimate concerns related to problematic behaviour or activity.
