Distributions on the Ordinary Shares are expected to be paid twice a year, normally in respect of the six months to 30 June and 31 December, and are expected to be made by way of interim dividends.
The Company declared dividend payments of 7.93 pence per share for 2023. The 2024 target dividend is 8.40 pence per share and target dividend for 2025 is 8.57 pence per share. The Company will aim to increase this distribution progressively over the longer term.
