This project involves the design, build, finance and maintenance of a new college located in Northern Ireland. Lisburn College has been designed to be energy efficient and environmentally friendly, as well as providing a teaching and learning experience which is exciting and progressive. This project is an opportunity to revitalise the pools of learning that are being provided with a clear focus on future educational aspirations. The project became operational in 2008 and the concession runs until 2036.
