Unna Administrative Center
The Unna Administrative Centre project is an availability-based PPP involving design, construction, financing, operation and maintenance of a new administration building in the City of Unna, Germany.
The project includes a newly built main office and conference hall, alongside the partial refurbishment and ongoing maintenance of two existing administration buildings.
In response to community needs, a small kindergarten was later added to support employees with young children. The facilities became operational in 2006, and the concession runs until 2031.
Sustainability
As part of a city-wide-program to reduce greenhouse gases and improve environmental friendliness, the City of Unna has invested in electric cars for the employees in recent years.
The City installed 20 additional car charging stations in the parking garage of the facility in 2025. Since 2020, the project has been supplied exclusively with electricity from renewable energy sources.
